摘　　要：糖尿病合并肛瘘是临床常见的一个难题。糖尿病肛瘘患者术后因气血失和,术后创面失于气血温煦滋养导致愈合不良现象,在其治疗过程中,对患者的治疗工作十分重要。应用中医药治疗糖尿病合并肛瘘具有独特的优势,可以有效缓解患者术后疼痛,提高治疗效果。因此,以中医学“整体观”思想为理论指导,研究糖尿病肛瘘中医药治疗方案的应用效果具有重要意义。Diabetes complicated with anal fistula is a common difficult problem in clinical practice.In the treatment of patients with diabetes complicated with anal fistula,a disorder of qi and blood after surgery has a significant influence on the disease treatment as qi and blood fail to warmly nourish wound surfaces,leading to a poor healing.In this respect,traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages,which can effectively relieve postoperative pain and improve the treatment effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the application effect of TCM treatment schemes for diabetes complicated with anal fistula under the theoretical guidance of the"holistic view"of traditional Chinese medicine.
