摘　　要：高校志愿文化是在中国特色社会主义制度下,根据我国高等教育要求开展志愿服务过程中所形成的特定文化形态。从“红袖章”到“激励章”、从“口头说”到“随时看”、从“0”到“1”、从“有”到“宜”、从“运动”到“生活”、从“赛会”到“全域”的转变,是高校志愿服务物质、制度与精神文化演进的代表性特征,深刻反映出高校志愿文化始终坚持“主体性”原则,努力构建主体间信任,实现关系和谐,促进大学生“积小善”而“成大德”的“成人”进程,从而不断实现人民群众物质与精神生活的共同富裕。高校志愿文化的发展应遵循习近平文化思想,以坚持党的领导、培育践行社会主义核心价值观、推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化与服务国家战略作为主要着力点,推动中国特色志愿服务的蓬勃发展。University volunteering culture is a specific cultural form formed during the process of voluntary service in accordance with the requirements of higher education in China under the socialist social system with Chinese characteristics.The transformation from the"Red Armband"to the"Incentive Badge","Verbal Speech"to"Watch at Any Time",O to 1,from"Having"to"Being Suitable","Movement"to"Life",and"Competitions"to"All Areas",is a representative feature of the material,institutional,and spiritual cultural evolution of university volunteer services.It deeply reflects that university volunteering culture always adheres to the principle of"subjectivity",strives to build trust and harmonious relationships between subjects,promotes the"adult"process of college students"accumulating small virtues"and"achieving great virtue",and continuously realizes the common prosperity of material and spiritual life of the people.The development of university volunteer culture should follow Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought,with the main focus on adhering to the leadership of the Party,cultivating and practicing socialist core values,creatively transforming excellent traditional Chinese culture,and serving national strategies,to promote the vigorous development of voluntary services with Chinese characteristics.
