社会资本视阈下小微企业公益行为研究——以捐赠与志愿服务为例

摘　　要：文章关注小微企业的公益行为,研究发现青年小微企业主的企业公益参与度更高。小微企业的公益行为是一种现实性实践,可能是内在经济理性推动也可能是价值理性导向,而制度环境通过社会资本形成的强制性同构和模仿性同构压力是小微企业公益行为发生的重要激励因素。小微企业的社会资本包括企业主的政企关联、企业的组织参与等元素。企业主有政企关联的小微企业从事公益捐赠的可能性更大;企业主有创业经历的小微企业从事公益捐赠和志愿服务的可能性更大;加入行业协会的小微企业从事公益捐赠和志愿服务的可能性更大,捐赠数额更多。社会资本因素对小微企业是否参与公益行动影响更大,而经济因素对小微企业捐赠数额的影响比社会资本因素影响更大。This paper focuses on the public welfare behavior of small and micro enterprises.It is found that young small and micro entrepreneurs have a high degree of participation in corporate public welfare.It is also found the public welfare behavior of small and micro enterprises is a kind of practical practice,which may be driven by economic rationality or guided by value rationality.The pressure of coercive and mimetic isomorphism of institutional environment through the formation of social capital is an important incentive factor for the public welfare behavior of small and micro enterprises.There are more possibilities for small enterprises to participate in public welfare organizations,such as government and micro enterprises.Small and micro enterprises with entrepreneurial experience are more likely to engage in public welfare donation and voluntary service;small and micro enterprises that join industry associations are more likely to engage in public welfare donation and voluntary service,with more donations.Compared with economic factors,social capital has a greater impact on whether small and micro enterprises participate in public welfare activities.However,economic factors have a greater impact on the amount of donations than social capital factors.
