摘  要:对新型钴基高温合金进行成分调控,使用Ni、Ti、Cr、Mo等元素替代W以降低合金密度。对不同时效温度和蠕变温度下的2Cr合金和2Mo合金的蠕变性能进行了研究。使用JMatPro软件计算了两种合金的平衡相图,利用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometer,XRD)、透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscope,TEM)等实验设备对两种合金蠕变断裂前后的微观组织和断口进行观察。实验结果表明,经过时效处理的2Cr合金的蠕变性能优于未时效处理样品的。2Cr合金和2Mo合金在蠕变温度为700℃时表现出相对较长的蠕变寿命,在750℃时蠕变寿命急剧下降。由于2Cr合金的抗氧化性更强,使得2Cr合金相较于2Mo合金蠕变寿命的降低幅度更小。蠕变断裂以后,2Cr合金中的γ′相粗化程度更严重,2Mo合金中的γ′相更稳定。Control the composition of the novel Co-based superalloy by using elements such as Ni,Ti,Cr,Mo instead of W to reduce the alloy density.The creep properties of 2Cr and 2Mo alloys at different aging temperatures and creep temperatures were studied.The equilibrium phase diagrams of two alloys were calculated using JMatPro software,and the microstructure and fracture surface of two alloys before and after creep fracture were observed using experimental methods such as scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM).The experimental results show that the creep properties of 2Cr treated with aging is better than that of the untreated sample.2Cr and 2Mo alloys exhibit relatively long creep life at a creep temperature of 700°C,and the creep life sharply decreases at 750°C.Due to the stronger oxidation resistance of 2Cr alloy,the decrease in creep life of 2Cr alloy is smaller compared to 2Mo alloy.After creep fracture,the degree of coarsening of theγ′phase in 2Cr alloy is more severe,while theγ′phase in 2Mo alloy is more stable.
