摘　　要：百年大变局下建设中华民族现代文明具有重要的现实意义,它合乎世界各国寻求和平稳定的现实期盼、满足全球文化治理体系的变革需求、契合人类文明新形态的构建要求。百年大变局孕育着机遇与挑战,国际格局演变、力量对比调整、科技创新发展等为建设中华民族现代文明提供了有利条件,但同时全球和平赤字、文化安全威胁、全球治理赤字又为建设中华民族现代文明带来了风险和挑战。为此,有必要紧抓时代机遇,积极面对大变局之下的挑战,有力推动建设中华民族现代文明。It is of great practical significance to build the modern civilization of the Chinese nation under profound changes unseen in a century.It conforms to the realistic expectations of all countries in the world to seek peace and stability,meets the needs of the reform of the global cultural governance system,and the requirements of construction of the new form of human civilization.The profound changes unseen in a century have nurtured both opportunities and challenges.For one thing,the evolution of the international situation,the adjustment of power balance,and the development of scientific and technological innovation have provided favorable conditions for the construction of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation;for another,the deficit of global peace,the threat of cultural security,and the deficit of global governance have also brought risks and challenges to the construction of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation.Therefore,it is necessary to seize the opportunities of the times and actively face the challenges so as to promote the construction of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
