摘  要:新中国成立75年来,高校思政课教师队伍在实践中不断探索、在改进中不断加强、在创新中不断提升,为高校改进意识形态工作提供了坚强保障。其经历了奠定基础期(1949—1966年)、停滞受挫期(1966—1976年)、恢复建设期(1976—1992年)、规范发展期(1992—2012年)和提质增效期(2012年至今)五个建设阶段,造就了一支可信、可敬、可靠,乐为、敢为、有为的思政课教师队伍。回顾75年来改革创新发展历程,总结过往经验,对于在新征程上发挥好高校思政课教师在培养中国式现代化建设人才中的生命线作用具有重要启示和特殊价值。In the 75 years since the founding of the New China,the teaching staff of ideological and political courses in universities have continuously been explored in practice,strengthened in improvement,and improved in innovation,providing strong guarantees for the improvement of ideological work in universities.The construction of teaching staff can be generally divided into five stages such as the foundation-laid(1949—1966)for teaching staff in recruitment,stagnation and setbacks(1966—1976)in development,restoration and construction(1976—1992)in new situation,standardized development(1992—2012)in teaching staff building,and quality and efficiency(2012 to present)in improvement,which forms a capable team of ideological and political teachers who are trustworthy and respectable,reliable and enthusiastic in teaching practices.Reviewing the reform and innovation development process in 75 years with past experience summarized have important enlightenment and special value for giving full play to the lifeline role of ideological and political teachers in cultivating talents for Chinese path to modernization in colleges and universities on the new journey.
