摘 要:预应力管桩的接桩过程通常采用焊接方式,焊接过程中要求焊缝充实、多道施焊,并且表面无孔洞。在管桩特殊的端头板结构下,利用X射线、超声波等传统焊缝检测手段的实施难度较大。因此,本文提出了一种采用红外线摄像机进行连续拍摄识别焊缝缺陷的方法。首先对4根直径为500 mm的预应力管桩进行了连续的红外拍摄,每5秒一帧共50帧。焊缝冷却后,采用渗透法检查红外拍摄区域的焊缝质量,并在一个检测区域中发现了焊缝缺陷。通过对焊缝区域进行子块划分,收集各子块的温度分布和平均温度下降特征。由于局部材质差异和辐射率导致的采集温度差异,通过温度时间曲线的均一化进行了纠正。研究发现,缺陷区域存在一些子区域的红外均一化温度下降速度较快,这一特征与渗透法检测出的零星孔洞特性相吻合,从而验证了本文方法的可行性。研究为预应力管桩焊接质量的检测提供了一种新的可能性。The pile connection process of prestressed pipe piles usually uses welding.The welding process requires substantial welds,multiple passes of welding,and no holes on the surface.Under the special end plate structure of pipe piles,it is difficult to implement traditional weld detection methods such as X-ray and ultrasonic waves.Therefore,this paper proposes a method for identifying weld defects using continuous shooting with an infrared camera.First,continuous infrared photography was performed on 4 prestressed pipe piles with a diameter of 500 mm,one frame every 5 seconds,a total of 50 frames.After the weld was cooled,the penetration method was used to inspect the weld quality in the infrared shooting area,and weld defects were found in one of the inspection areas.By dividing the weld area into sub-blocks,the temperature distribution and average temperature drop characteristics of each sub-block are collected.Differences in acquisition temperatures due to local material differences and emissivity were corrected by homogenization of the temperature-time curves.The study found that there are some sub-regions in the defect area where the infrared homogenization temperature decreases rapidly.This feature is consistent with the characteristics of sporadic holes detected by the penetration method,thus verifying the feasibility of this method.The research provides a new possibility for testing the welding quality of prestressed pipe piles.
