摘　　要：免疫检查点抑制剂(Immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)是一种新型的免疫治疗方法,主要针对免疫细胞上的PD-1及其配体PD-L1、CTLA-4等免疫检查点分子,解除肿瘤细胞对免疫系统的抑制,增强机体的抗肿瘤免疫反应。然而,临床单独使用ICIs的应答率较低,且存在局限性。中医药治疗因其毒性小、疗效显著和组方灵活等特点,在癌症治疗中有着重要作用。研究表明,中药能够通过直接抑制PD-1/PD-L1轴、调节免疫细胞功能、免疫相关细胞因子和肿瘤相关通路等途径,改善肿瘤微环境,提高免疫治疗的敏感性。本文综述了中医药与ICIs联合使用的研究进展,探讨中药如何与ICIs协同作用,提高其抗肿瘤疗效。Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)are a new type of immunotherapy that primarily target immune checkpoint molecules such as PD-1and its ligands PD-L1,and CTLA-4 on immune cells to relieve the inhibition of tumor cells on the immune system and to enhance the body's anti-tumor immune response.However,the clinical response rate of ICIs anlone is relatively low and has some limitations.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment plays an important role in cancer treatment due to the low toxicity,significant efficacy,and flexible formulas.Studies have shown that TCM can improve tumor microenvironment and increase the sensitivity of immunotherapy through direct inhibition of the PD-1/PD-L1 axis and the regulation of immune cell function,immune-related cytokines,and tumor-related pathways.This article reviewed the research progress on the combination of TCM and ICIs,and discussed how TCM synergistically interacted with ICIs to improve the antitumor efficacy.
