摘　　要：本文探究了湿窖越冬方法中温度对林蛙存活率的影响,共设置2℃、4℃和6℃3个温度梯度。结果表明:各温度处理组的林蛙存活率差异显著,2℃组存活率最高,平均为81.0%。在湿窖中其能否安全越冬的关键因素是温度和环境,湿窖越冬最适宜温度为0.3~2.5℃,同时应保持环境安静。The effect of temperature on the survival rate of overwintering Rana dybowskii in wet cellar was explored in this paper,three temperature gradients of 2°C,4°C and 6°C were set.The results showed that the survival rates of Rana dybowskii in different temperature groups were significantly different.The average survival rate of Rana dybowskii in the temperature group of 2°C was 81.0%that was the highest.The key factors for safe overwintering in wet cellar were temperature and environment.The optimum temperature for overwintering in wet cellar was 0.3-2.5°C.The environment should be kept quiet.
