摘  要:本文采用不同微生物制剂对黄花乌头病虫害进行了防治。结果表明:黄花乌头播种后,用哈茨木霉菌喷淋2次,每次用量2~4 g·m^(-2),猝倒病发生率为3.8%,较对照下降了7.6%;于栽培第二年和第三年生长季喷施细黄链霉菌800~1000倍液,每年2~3次,叶斑病发生率为2.9%,较对照下降了4.2%;整地时,分别用金龟子绿僵菌和枯草芽孢杆菌拌土,用量为4500~7500 g·hm^(-2),出苗率达87.9%,较对照提高了6.3%,块根受害率为3.5%,较对照下降了5.2%,根腐病发生率为3.9%,较对照下降了4.7%。The disease and pest control methods of Aconitum coreanum by different microbial preparations were studied in this paper.The results showed that through spraying Trichoderma harzianum(2-4 g·m^(-2) each time)twice after sowing,the incidence of damping-off was 3.8%,which was 7.6%lower than that of CK.Through spraying Streptomyces microflavus(800-1000 times liquid)2-3 times in the growing season of the second and third year after cultivation,the incidence of leaf spot was 2.9%,which was 4.2%lower than that of CK.Through mixing Metarhizium anisopliae(4500~7500 g·hm^(-2))and Bacillus subtilis(4500~7500 g·hm^(-2))with the soil during land preparation,the emergence rate of seedlings was 87.9%,which was 6.3%higher than that of CK,the damage rate of root tuber was 3.5%,which was 5.2%lower than that of CK,and the incidence of root rot was 3.9%,which was 4.7%lower than that of CK.
