摘 要:目前,我国的商业化电化学一氧化碳传感器在性能方面与国际产品相比仍存在一定的差距。为此,采用了改进的浸渍还原法及微波处理技术制备了纳米铂黑催化剂,通过丝网印刷技术制备了电极并组装成三电极电化学一氧化碳传感器。将其与国际同类型产品进行了一系列关键性能对比分析,包括传感器的响应特性、线性度、温度特性及高浓度运行稳定性,并对结果进行了有效评估。结果表明,制备的传感器具有较快的响应速率,较优的线性度,温度特性及高浓度运行稳定性,各项性能均达到或接近同类产品领先水平。At present,there is still a certain gap in performance between commercial electrochemical carbon monoxide sensors in China and international products.Therefore,an improved impregnation reduction method and microwave treatment technology were used to prepare nano platinum black catalysts.Electrodes were prepared through screen printing technology and assembled into a three electrode electrochemical carbon monoxide sensor.A series of key performances were compared and analyzed with similar products of international high-end brands,including the sensor's response characteristic,gas linearity,temperature characteristics and high concentration operation stability.The results show that the prepared sensor has fast response speed,excellent linearity,temperature characteristics,and high concentration operation stability,and its performance reaches or approaches the advanced level of similar products.
