摘 要:为解决混凝土预制管廊工作井接头(NC接头)在大荷载作用下易发生剪切破坏的问题,提出了一种UHPC-NC接头形式,即把超高性能混凝土(UHPC)材料局部应用于管廊工作井接头部位。采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立三种UHPC-NC接头管廊工作井模型,系统分析了接头高度、螺栓预紧力和UHPC强度等参数对UHPC-NC接头抗剪性能的影响。结果表明,接头高度、螺栓预紧力、UHPC强度和螺栓数量的增大增多均会提升三种UHPC-NC接头管廊工作井抗剪承载力和刚度,而接头长度增加会降低这三种UHPC-NC接头管廊工作井的刚度。To solve the problem of shear failure occurring in ordinary concrete pipe gallery manhole joints(NC joints)under large loads,a form of UHPC-NC joint was proposed,,where Ultra-High Performance Concrete(UHPC)was locally applied to the manhole joint area of the pipe gallery.Three types of pipe gallery manhole models using UHPC-NC joints were established using ABAQUS finite element software.The effects of parameters such as joint height,bolt preload force,and UHPC strength on the shear resistance performance of UHPC-NC joints were systematically analyzed.The results showed that with the increasing of the joint height,bolt preload force,UHPC strength,and the number of bolts,the shear bearing capacity and stiffness of allthree types of UHPC-NC joint pipe gallery manholes were enhanced.However,the increasing joint length reduced the stiffness of these three types of UHPC-NC joint pipe gallery manholes.
