产业互联网时代企业跨组织动态能力的构念与测量

摘　　要：以平台为本质的平台型企业将成为未来企业的主流,而产业互联网的蓬勃发展为新型平台企业的成长提供了助推剂。与传统企业技术开发平台和消费互联网平台(如淘宝、京东)相比,产业互联网平台企业需要跨组织边界的能力,以便在快速变化的环境中推动多元异质主体实现交互赋能和价值共创。针对经典动态能力在解释产业互联网平台企业相关实践方面的不足,以及经典动态能力理论演进的趋势,结合产业互联网的时代特征,提出并阐释了企业跨组织动态能力的概念,明确了企业跨组织动态能力的结构维度,开发出一个包含16个题项的测量量表。以符合条件的89份中国产业互联网平台企业样本数据进行实证检验,结果证实该量表具备良好的信度和效度。该研究旨在为产业互联网平台化场景下企业跨组织动态能力相关的实证研究奠定构念基础。Platform-centric enterprises,which are intrinsically based on platforms,are poised to become the mainstream of future business landscapes.The vigorous development of the industry internet serves as a pivotal catalyst for the growth of these new types of platform enterprises.Compared with traditional enterprise technology development platforms and consumer-centric internet platforms(such as Taobao and JD.com),industry internet platform enterprises require cross-organizational capabilities to realize interactive empowerment and value co-creation among diverse heterogeneous entities in a rapidly changing environment.This paper addresses the inadequacy of traditional dynamic capabilities in explaining the relevant practices of industry internet platform enterprises,and the trend of its theoretical evolution.In conjunction with the characteristics of the industry internet era,the study proposes and elucidates the concept of cross-organizational dynamic capabilities of enterprises.The study further clarifies the structural dimensions of cross-organizational dynamic capabilities of enterprises,and develops a measurement scale containing 16 items.By performing empirical tests on the data from 89 qualified Chinese industry internet platform enterprise samples,it is found that the scale has favourable reliability and validity.The study aims to lay a theoretical foundation for empirical research related to crossorganizational dynamic capabilities of enterprises in industry internet platform scenarios.
