摘　　要：加强榜样选树工作并以榜样力量引领社会风尚、凝聚社会共识、汇集人民力量是中国共产党的重要工作方法。党的十八大以来,中国共产党紧紧围绕“新时代选树什么样的榜样、怎样选树榜样”这一时代课题,在守正创新中深入开展党的榜样选树工作,取得了显著成效,国家和地方层面榜样不断涌现,榜样选树工作制度体系不断健全。新时代中国共产党榜样选树在创新发展中呈现出多样性、真实性、互动性、协同性的鲜明特征,积累了榜样选树要始终坚持党的领导、坚持真实性和时代性原则、完善制度体系和工作机制等宝贵经验。这些成就和经验为在新征程上进一步做好榜样选树工作奠定了坚实基础,提供了重要启示。It is an important working method of the Communist Party of China(CPC)to strengthen the work of selecting models and to use the power of models to lead social practices,build social consensus,and pool the power of the people.Since the 18^(th) CPC National Congress,the CPC has closely focused on the topic of"what kind of model to choose in the new era and how to choose a model",and carried out the Party's model selection work deeply in upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,so that the model selection has made outstanding achievements.Role models emerged at the national and local levels,and the model selection system has been continuously improved.The model selection of the CPC in the new era shows the distinct characteristics of diversity,authenticity,interaction and coordination in the innovation and development of the model selection,and has accumulated valuable experience in adhering to the leadership of the Party,adhering to the principle of authenticity and the times,and improving the institutional system and working mechanism.The achievements and experience accumulated have laid a solid foundation and provided important inspiration for the further work of model selection in the new journey.
