摘　　要：习近平总书记高度重视青年工作,在五四青年节前后对青年发表了重要讲话或寄语,蕴含了丰富的青年向模范学习的思想。通过分析2013一2024年五四青年节前后讲话的内在逻辑,即以“青年向模范学习的必要性”为逻辑起点,以“引导青年成为党和人民需要的先锋分子”为逻辑中介,以“青年向模范学习的具体途径”为逻辑终点,探索青年向模范学习的根本原因、目标指向、有效方式,既能够为广大青年成长成才提供根本遵循,也对新时代传承弘扬模范精神具有重要的意义。General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the work of youth,and delivered an important speech or message to the youth before and after the May 4th Youth Day,which contains a wealth of ideas of young people learning from role models.By analyzing the internal logic of the speeches around the May 4th Youth Day from 2013 to 2024,namely,taking“the necessity for young people to learn from role models”as the logical starting point“guiding young people to become the vanguard of the needs of the Party and the people”as the logical intermediary,and taking“specific ways for young people to learn from role models”as the logical end point.Exploring the fundamental reasons,goal orientation and effective ways of young people learning from role models can not only provide basic guidelines for the majority of young people to grow and become talented,but also have important significance for inheriting and carrying forward the role model spirit in the new era.
