摘　　要：当前,文化馆工作呈现出新的时代特征,做好文化馆工作既是时代发展的需要,更是文化馆高质量发展的需要。新时代文化馆工作要以习近平文化思想为指导,抓住发展契机,进一步明确文化馆工作的时代价值,确定文化馆工作的核心功能和主要职能,并在此基础上探索出新时代文化馆工作高质量发展之路。At present,the work of the cultural center takes on new characteristics of the times.Doing a good job of the cultural center is not only the need of the development of the times,but also the need of the high-quality development of the cultural center.The work of cultural centers in the new era should be guided by Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts,seize the opportunity of development,further define the value of the times,determine the core functions and main functions of the work of cultural centers,and on this basis,explore the new era of high-quality development of cultural center work.
