浅谈自然资源管理中行政监督与思想政治工作的融合

摘　　要：实现自然资源管理中行政监督与思想政治工作的融合是确保自然资源要素优质高效助推经济发展的关键。调研发现,自然资源管理目前存在政治规矩意识淡薄、履职尽责不到位、内部监督不到位、思想政治工作不深入,流于形式等问题。强化思想政治教育、公开业务审批流程、加强内部督导监察、干部骨干率先垂范、做好日常交流沟通、落实以案促改等六个方面是实现自然资源管理中行政监督与思想政治工作相融合的途径。The integration of administrative supervision and ideological&political work in natural resource management is the key to ensure the high quality and high efficiency of natural resource elements to promote economic development.The investigation found that there are problems in natural resource management such as weak awareness of political rules,inadequate performance of duties,inadequate internal supervision,inadequate ideological&political work and mere formality.Strengthening ideological and political education,publicizing business approval processes,strengthening internal supervision and supervision,leading cadres taking the lead in setting an example,conducting daily communication and implementing case-based reform are six ways to achieve the integration of administrative supervision and ideological and political work in natural resource management.
