摘 要:美食纪录片在呈现各种美食独特魅力的同时,也会深入探索其中蕴含的文化和历史价值。利用形式多样的视听手段真实再现这些美食,展现不同地区独特的饮食习俗和地域文化,让观众在情感上与美食的发源地产生共鸣。该文以叙事学、传播学等理论为基础,围绕美食纪录片中的地域文化展开研究,选择代表性强的美食纪录片作为研究案例,分析美食纪录片中地域文化建构的视听语言策略。研究发现,美食纪录片中饮食文化和地域文化的同构主要依靠民俗节庆、民生风貌、特色饮食风味等元素,提出镜头语言实体化描绘、声音语言立体化叙述、画面色彩诗意化呈现等视听语言策略,期望为美食纪录片地域文化视听语言建构及优化提供一定借鉴和理论参考。Food documentary not only presents the unique charm of various foods,but also explores the cultural and historical value contained in them.It shows the unique food customs and regional culture of different regions,and uses a variety of audio-visual means to truly reproduce these foods,so that the audience can emotionally resonate with the birthplace of food.Based on narratology,communication and other theories,this paper studies regional culture in food documentaries,chooses representative food documentaries as research cases,and analyzes audio-visual language strategies for regional culture construction in food documentaries.The research finds that the isomorphism of food culture and regional culture in food documentaries mainly relies on elements such as folk festivals,people's livelihood styles,and characteristic food flavors,and puts forward audio-visual language strategies such as substantive depiction of lens language,three-dimensional narration of sound language,and poetic presentation of picture colors,hoping to provide certain reference and theoretical reference for the optimization of the construction of regional audio-visual language of food documentaries.
