摘 要:以萝北某地的细鳞片晶质石墨矿为研究对象,利用矿冶集团开发的新型石墨矿专用浮选柱,研究了给矿浓度、充气速率、充气器形式等对浮选指标的影响。并通过测试浮选柱内部的浮选动力学特征,研究了浮选柱内部气泡矿化和脱落的变化规律。研究结果表明,清水条件下新型浮选柱空气分散性能较好,空气分散度最高达到3.92。在给矿质量浓度10%~15%、表观充气速率0.88 m/min、浮选时间为12 min的条件下,精矿产率达到90.87%,同时精矿中+0.15 mm粒级回收率接近80%。采用微孔陶瓷板发泡器的浮选指标优于渐缩口型发泡器。并且和同规格浮选机对比,浮选柱精矿固定碳含量和精矿+0.15 mm粒级含量分别提高了3.35和4.91个百分点。动力学测试结果表明在浮选柱内部随着气泡上升,气泡负载矿物的固定碳含量越来越高,+0.15 mm粒级含量先升后降。且负载矿物的固定碳含量明显高于同深度矿浆中矿物的固定碳含量,说明矿化气泡在上升的过程中,不断发生脉石矿物的解吸与有用矿物的黏附,实现矿物的有效富集。该浮选柱有望成为晶质石墨浮选中实现鳞片保护的关键装备技术之一并在工业上应用。Taking a fine-scaly crystalline graphite ore from a certain area in Luobei as the research object,a new type of graphite ore dedicated flotation column developed by BGRIMM Technology Group was used to study the effects of feed pulp concentration,sparger rate,and aerator form on the flotation index.And by testing the flotation kinetics characteristics inside the flotation column,the change rules of bubble mineralization and detachment inside the column were studied.The results indicate that the flotation column under clean water conditions has good air dispersion performance,with the highest air dispersion reaching 3.92.When the feed pulp mass concentration is 10%-15%,the superficial aeration rate is 0.88 m/min,and the flotation time is 12 minutes,the concentrate yield reaches 90.87%,and the recovery of the+0.15 mm particle is close to 80%.The flotation index of using microporous ceramic disc aerator is better than that of gradually shrink aerator.And compared with the same volume flotation machine,the fixed carbon content and the+0.15 mm particle content of the flotation column concentrate increased by 3.35 and 4.91 percentage points respectively.Kinetics testing results show that as bubbles inside the column rise up,the fix carbon content of minerals loaded on bubbles increases,and the+0.15 mm particle content first increases and then decreases.The fix carbon content of the loaded minerals is significantly higher than that of the minerals in the slurry of same depth,which indicates that during the rising process of mineralized bubbles inside the column,the desorption of gangue minerals and the adsorption of useful minerals continuously occur,achieving effective mineral enrichment.This flotation column is expected to become one of the key equipment technologies for achieving flake protection in crystalline graphite flotation and be applied in industry.
