海上某油田群油水分离及生产水处理系统优化扩容实践

摘　　要：某油田群原有两艘浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO),为积极响应集团公司区域资源整合生产优化理念,实现绿色低碳、降本增效的目标,结合油田生产的实际情况,将包括油田1、油田2、油田3在内的某油田群合并运营,其中一艘FPSO优化到其他区块服役。充分考虑各平台工艺处理流程、油田提液生产要求、产出液压力、平台承重等因素,油田2、油田3生产水处理能力扩容采用水力旋流器+气浮方案,油田1新增工艺处理流程采用三相分离器+两级气浮方案。油田扩容投产后,排海生产水含油率低于该海域排放标准值,设备运行稳定。优化扩容改造为公司“增储上产”目标奠定良好基础,同时可为其他油田提供参考和借鉴。To achieve a low carbon,cost-effective,and high-efficiency production guided by the concept of resource integration and production optimization,an oilfield group originally having two floating production storage and offloading units(FPSO)merged Oilfield 1,Oilfield 2,and Oilfield 3 for operation,with one FPSO dispatched to other blocks.With factors including the process flow of each platform,production requirements for oilfield liquid extraction,produced liquid pressure,and platform load-bearing capacity taken into full consideration,the expansion of production water treatment capacity in Oilfield 2 and Oilfield 3 was achieved through a combination of hydrocyclone and air floatation,and the newly added process flow in Oilfield 1 was involved with a combination of three phase separator and two-stage air floatation.After the expanded oilfield started production,the oil content of the production water discharged into the sea could satisfy the discharge standard of the sea area,and the equipment operated stably.Optimization and expansion have laid a solid foundation for the company´s goal of increasing reserves and production,and can also provide a reference for other oilfields.
