摘　　要：海底管道过球指示器主要用于判断清管器是否发出或者到达的装置,是保障清管作业及智能内检测顺利完成的重要设备。针对传统过球指示器容易失效、无法及时准确判断清管器是否到达等问题,研发了一种基于超声原理的非接触式过球指示器。在试验环路上,通过泡沫球、机械球、电子几何检测器和漏磁检测器对该过球指示器进行性能测试,结果表明,新型过球指示器能够准确实现海管过球判断。The submarine pipeline passing ball indicator,a device mainly used to determine whether the pig has been sent out or arrived,is important to ensure the smooth completion of cleaning operations and intelligent internal detection.Traditional ball passing indicators may fail and be unable to accurately determine the timely arrival of the pig.Therefore,a non-contact ball passing indicator based on ultrasound is developed.From the performance test using foam balls,mechanical balls,electronic geometric detectors,and magnetic flux leakage detectors on the test loop,the new ball passing indicator can accurately determine the ball passing of submarine pipelines.
