摘　　要：以目前关注度比较高的CTF竞赛为切入点,通过将CTF竞赛相关技能需求与课程知识融合、组建CTF团队、开展CTF竞赛等,引领教师、学生更积极的学习相关课程并将其在CTF平台上实践,可助力欠发达地区高校在网络信息安全人才培养上克服一定的困难,走上教育质量可持续提升的发展之路.With the wide application and rapid development of information technology,network information security has increasingly become the focus of national attention,which brings opportunities and challenges to the cultivation of network information security talents in higher education institutions.Due to the weak teaching resources and faculty strength of universities in underdeveloped areas,there are more difficulties in cultivating talents related to network information security.This paper takes the CTF competition,which has a relatively high degree of attention,as an entry point,and leads teachers and students to learn the relevant courses more actively and put them into practice on the CTF platform by integrating the skill requirements related to the CTF competition with the knowledge of the curriculum,setting up the CTF team,and carrying out the CTF competition,etc..,so as to help colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas to overcome some of the difficulties in the cultivation of talents in network information security and embark on the development path of sustainable improvement of education quality.
