摘  要:准晶材料是一种晶体结构介于晶体与非晶体之间的固体有序相,其中AlCuFe准晶合金因其独特的结构是当前极具应用前景的耐磨、耐蚀、隔热涂层材料,但是受限于涂层制备工艺技术无法制备高质量的准晶涂层。为了提升AlCuFe准晶涂层基本性能,利用爆炸喷涂技术在铝合金基体表面制备准晶涂层,采用L9(3^(3))正交试验方法,以涂层表面硬度和结合强度性能为主要判定指标分析了氧燃充枪比、喷涂距离和喷涂频率3个主要喷涂参数的影响主次关系。结果表明:氧燃充枪比是影响涂层性能的主要因素,最终确定的最佳工艺参数为氧燃充枪比56%,喷涂距离150mm,喷涂频率4枪/s,制备的准晶涂层致密,且与基体结合良好,喷涂粒子熔融充分,涂层的结合强度可达到31.5MPa,表面维氏硬度492HV0.3,孔隙率1.63%,准晶相含量50%。本文的研究结果可为准晶涂层的制备及广泛应用提供基础。Quasicrystal material is a solid ordered phase with crystal structure between crystal and amorphous.AlCuFe quasicrystal alloy is currently viewed as a promising wear-resistant,corrosion-resistant and heatinsulating coating material due to its unique structure.However,the limitation of coating preparation technology makes it impossible to prepare high-quality quasicrystal coating.To improve the basic properties of AlCuFe quasi-crystal coating,the quasi-crystal coating was prepared on the surface of aluminum alloy substrate by explosive spraying technology.The L9(3^(3))orthogonal test method was used to analyze the primary and secondary relationship of the three main spraying parameters,namely,the oxygen combustion charge gun ratio,spraying distance and spraying frequency,with the coating surface hardness and bonding strength as the main judging indexes.The results show that the oxygen burning charge gun ratio is the main factor affecting the performance of the coating,and the optimal process parameters are determined as the oxygen-fuel charging gun ratio of 56%,the spraying distance of 150 mm,and the spraying frequency of 4 guns/s.The prepared quasicrystal coating is dense and well combined with the substrate,with the spraying particles fully fused,the bonding strength of the coating reaching 31.5 MPa,the surface Vickers hardness 492HV0.3,the porosity 1.63%,and the quasicrystal phase content 50%.The research may lay a foundation for the preparation technology and a wide application of quasicrystal coatings in the future.
