摘 要:有机共轭聚合物因具有独特的结构和光电性能,在发光材料及器件领域有着广泛的研究和应用。以吡咯和单醛基苯甲醛为线形单体,以对苯二甲醛为交联单体,采用溶液缩聚法制备了4种蓝光微交联聚吡咯衍生物,并对其分子结构、聚集态结构、微观形貌、热行为、紫外-可见吸收和荧光性能等进行了分析,考察了取代基类型对其结构和光学性能的影响。研究表明,微交联聚吡咯衍生物具有较高的玻璃化转变温度和热稳定性能,为非晶态和亚微米级的球形堆积体;在340nm左右紫外光的激发下,微交联聚吡咯衍生物能够产生约473nm的可见光,属于蓝色发光材料;不同类型的取代基对微交联聚吡咯衍生物的结构和光学特性有所影响。该微交联聚吡咯衍生物制备简单,结构可调可控,在聚合物发光二极管领域有着潜在的应用。Organic conjugated polymers have been widely studied and applied in the fields of luminescent materials and devices due to their unique structure and photoelectrical properties.Four kinds of blue light micro-crosslinked polypyrrole derivatives were prepared through solution polycondensation by using pyrrole and single aldehyde benzaldehyde as linear monomers,and 1,4-phthalaldehyde as crosslinking monomer.The molecular and aggregation structure,microstructure,thermal behavior,UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence properties of the polymers were analyzed,and the effect of substituent type on their structure and optical performance was investigated.Results show that the polymers exhibits high glass transition temperature and thermal stability,perceived as amorphous and submicron spherical accumulation.Under the excitation of ultraviolet light at about 340 nm,the polymers can produce visible light at about 473 nm,i.e.blue luminescent materials.The structure and optical properties of the polymers are influenced by different substituents.The micro-crosslinked polypyrrole derivative,with an adjustable and controllable structure,is simple to prepare,exhibiting potential applications in the field of polymer light-emtting diodes.
