摘 要:为提高混凝土细观模型中骨料投放效率和体积率,提出基于网格空间的骨料投放侵入检测算法。该算法通过构建网格空间存放骨料信息,每次投放时仅取出相邻网格内骨料进行侵入检测,极大地减少了侵入检测次数,同时将骨料侵入检测分解为空间线段和三角形平面的侵入检测分析实现精确求解,实例证明该算法可实现体积率为65%的凹凸型混凝土骨料建模。In order to improve the efficiency and volume rate of aggregate placement in concrete meso-model,an intrusion detection algorithm of aggregate placement based on grid space is proposed.In this algorithm,the aggregate information is stored in a grid space,and only the aggregate in the adjacent grid is taken out for intrusion detection during each placement,which greatly reduces the number of intrusion detection.Meanwhile,the aggregate intrusion detection is decomposed into the intrusion detection analysis of spatial line segments and triangular planes to achieve accurate solution.Examples show that the proposed algorithm can realize the modeling of concaved concrete aggregate with a volume rate of 65%.
