摘 要:文中以自密实混凝土为研究对象,通过开展物理力学实验,分析橡胶颗粒及再生骨料不同的骨料替代率对自密实混凝土凝结物理特性及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,掺加橡胶颗粒和再生骨料有助于减小坍落度,同时增强分离抗力,但试件的密度有所降低;随着橡胶颗粒和再生骨料含量的增加,自密实混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗压强度和抗弯强度均有不同程度的减低;双掺橡胶颗粒和再生骨料的自密实混凝土力学强度之间存在显著关系,本研究提出的预测模型可有效预测试样的性能。Taking self-compacting concrete as the research object,physical and mechanical experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of different aggregate replacement rates of rubber particles and recycled aggregates on both the physical and mechanical characteristics of self-compacting concrete.The findings indicate that the incorporation of rubber particles and recycled aggregates can decrease slump and improve separation resistance,but the density of the specimens is reduced.Moreover,as the proportion of rubber particles and recycled aggregates increases,the compressive strength,split compressive strength,and flexural strength of the self-compacting concrete decrease to varying extents.There is a notable correlation between the mechanical strengths of self-compacting concrete incorporating double-mixed rubber particles and recycled aggregates.The proposed prediction model demonstrates efficiency in predicting specimen performance.
