摘 要:以北京市海淀区西八里庄综合性商业金融服务业用地项目为例,详细介绍了中钢结构连廊的设计、施工及整体提升关键技术。通过对连廊结构特点、荷载特性的分析以及整体提升技术的深入研究,展示了在实际工程中如何有效应对挑战,确保连廊的安全、精确安装。通过有限元计算优化提升吊点布置,并配置了先进的液压泵源系统和同步控制系统,实现提升过程的高效和安全,验证整体提升技术在复杂结构施工中的可行性,为未来类似工程提供理论支持和实践指导。Taking the Xibalizhuang comprehensive commercial and financial services land project in Haidian District as an example,this paper discusses in detail the key technologies for the design,construction and integral upgrading of the China steel structural corridor.Through the analysis of the structural characteristics,load characteristics and the overall lifting technology,the paper shows how to effectively face the challenges in practical projects to ensure the safety and accurate installation of the corridor.Through the finite element calculation,the arrangement of lifting points is optimized,and advanced hydraulic pump source system and synchronous control system are arranged to realize the high efficiency and safety of lifting process,the feasibility of the integral lifting technology in the construction of complex structures is verified,which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for similar projects in the future.
