摘　　要：目的 分析并阐明癌症患者费用相关健康素养的概念内涵。方法 系统检索中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed(MEDLINE)、Web of Science核心合集、CINAHL Complete(EBSCO)和EMBASE(OVID)数据库中费用相关健康素养相关的研究,检索时限为建库至2024年1月31日,依据纳入标准选取文献,采用Rodgers演化概念分析法对文献进行分析。结果 共纳入35篇文献,癌症患者费用相关健康素养包括认知、沟通、能力、信心和决策5个定义属性;前置因素包括人口学、认知和信息处理、心理和社会因素;后置影响包括促进医患共同决策、减轻经济毒性和改善主观幸福感等。结论 通过概念分析明确了癌症患者费用相关健康素养的概念属性,为未来癌症患者费用相关健康素养的针对性评估工具研制、影响因素探索以及干预方案构建提供了理论基础,为改善癌症相关经济毒性提供了新的干预靶点。Objective To analyze and clarify the conceptual connotation of cost-related health literacy of cancer patients.Methods Relevant literature on cost-related health literacy from CNKI,Wangfang Database,SinoMed,PubMed(MEDLINE),Web of Science Core Collection,CINAHL Complete(EBSCO),and EMBASE(OVID)was systematically retrieved,and the search time limit was from the establishment of the database to January 31,2024.The literature was selected according to the inclusion criteria,and analyzed by the Rodgers evolution concept analysis method.Results A total of 35 articles were included,and the defining attributes of cost-related health literacy among cancer patients were identified as cognition,communication,ability,confidence,and decision;Antecedents included demographic,cognitive and information processing,as well as psychosocial factors;The after-effects included the promotion of shared decision making between doctors and patients,reduction of financial toxicity,and improvement of subjective well-being,etc.Conclusion The conceptual attributes of cost-related health literacy of cancer patients are clarified through conceptual analysis,which provided a theoretical basis for the development of targeted assessment tools for cost-related health literacy of cancer patients in the future,exploration of influencing factors,and construction of intervention programs,and provided a new intervention target for improving cancer-related economic toxicity.
