摘  要:以混合纤维素滤膜为基体,通过加入固定体积的标准溶液方式向空白滤膜基体引入目标物,含有目标物的滤膜样品经过红外线烘干处理、真空包装完成镉、锰多元金属滤膜质控样品制备。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对制备的滤膜质控样品均匀性、稳定性进行检验,结果均较好。联合6家实验室协作定值,并对定值结果的不确定度评定,得到满足预期浓度水平含镉、锰多元金属的滤膜质控样品,研制的质控样品可用于职业卫生领域实验室质量控制、能力验证等活动。The mixed cellulose filter membrane was used as the matrix,and the target substance was introduced into the blank filter membrane matrix by adding a fixed volume of standard solution.The filter membrane samples containing the target substance were dried by infrared ray and vacuum packaged to complete the preparation of quality control samples of cadmium and manganese multi-metal filter membranes.The uniformity and stability of the prepared filter membrane quality control samples were tested by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry,and the results were good.By collaborating with 6 laboratories to set values and evaluating the uncertainty of the setting results,the filter membrane quality control samples containing cadmium and manganese with expected concentration levels were obtained.The quality control sample developed can be used for laboratory quality control,capability verification in the field of occupational health.
