摘 要:建立了碘酸钾滴定法测定锡钛系列中间合金中锡含量。称取0.100 0 g试样,加入20 mL盐酸溶液(体积比为1∶1)于150℃加热溶解,溶解完全后,补加30 mL盐酸,加水至约150 mL,加入2.5 g铁粉还原,用盖氏漏斗隔绝空气,待还原完全,加入5 mL淀粉溶液(5 g/L)作为指示剂,用碘酸钾滴定液滴定至溶液呈蓝色为终点,所消耗滴定液体积计算锡含量。结果表明,锡量70.0%~95.0%时,方法相对标准偏差为0.34%~0.42%(n=11),加标回收率97.25%~101.95%。该方法能够满足实际生产分析要求。A potassium iodate titration method was established for the determination of tin content in tin-titanium series master alloys.0.1000 g of the sample was weighed and dissolved in 20 mL hydrochloric acid(volume ratio=1:1)at 150℃.After complete dissolution,30 mL of hydrochloric acid was added,and water was added to about 150 mL.2.5 g of iron powder was added for reduction.Air was isolated using a Geiger funnel until complete reduction was achieved.5 mL starch solution(5 g/L)was added as an indicator,and the titration solution was titrated with potassium iodate until the solution was blue.The tin content was calculated by the volume of the consumed titration solution.The results showed that when the tin content was 70.0%-95.0%,the relative standard deviation of the method was 0.34%-0.42%(n=11),and the recovery rate was 97.25%-101.95%.The method can meet the requirements of actual production analysis.
