摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中3种甘草类功效成分。样品经75%(体积分数)甲醇溶液超声提取,采用Luna C_(18)(2)100A色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.05%(体积分数)磷酸溶液-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流量为1.0 mL/min,进样体积为10μL,柱温为30℃,采用二极管阵列检测器,在275、251、372 nm波长下分别测定甘草素、甘草酸、甘草查尔酮A,以保留时间和紫外吸收光谱定性,外标法定量。甘草素、甘草酸、甘草查尔酮A的质量浓度分别在1~20、2~40、0.5~10μg/mL范围内与对应的色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均为0.9999。平均回收率为95.8%~111.8%,测定结果的相对标准偏差均不大于3.6%(n=6)。检出限为0.05~0.6μg/g。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,适用于化妆品中甘草素、甘草酸、甘草查尔酮A的检测。A high-performance liquid chromatography method was established to determine 3 licorice like active ingredients in cosmetics.The samples were extracted by ultrasound with a 75%(volume fraction)methanol solution,and a Luna C_(18)(2)100A chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.0.05%(volume fraction)phosphoric acid solution acetonitrile was used as the mobile phase,with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and an injection volume of 10μL.The column temperature was 30℃,and a diode array detector was used to measure glycyrrhizin,glycyrrhizic acid,and licochalcone-A at wavelengths of 275,251,372 nm,respectively.Qualitative analysis was performed using retention time and UV absorption spectroscopy,while quantitative analysis was performed using an external standard method.The mass concentrations of liquiritigenin,glycyrrhizic acid and licochalcone A in the range of 1-20,2-40,0.5-10μg/mL had good linear relationship with the corresponding chromatographic peak area,and the correlation coefficients were all 0.9999.The average recovery rate was 95.8%-111.8%,and the relative standard deviation were not more than 3.6%(n=6).The detection limits were between 0.05 and 0.6μg/g.This method was easy to operate,highly sensitive,and suitable for the detection of glycyrrhizin,glycyrrhizic acid,and licochalcone-A in cosmetics.
