摘　　要：用市售3个品牌的十二烷基苯磺酸钠快速检测设备共检测1080份十二烷基苯磺酸钠样品,根据检测结果计算各项指标进行快速检测设备的符合性评价。通过灵敏度、假阴性率、假阳性率、交叉反应率、不同人员操作、检出率各项指标全面评价快速检测设备的准确性、特异性、适用性。采用多项指标构建一套完整的符合性评价体系,客观地展示了同一类快速检测设备中不同品牌之间各项性能的优劣。该符合性评价体系里各项指标设置合理、贴近实际,可作为快速检测设备适用性、准确性评估的有效工具。1080 sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate samples were detected by three brands of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate rapid detection equipment.According to the test results,the indexes were calculated to evaluate the compliance of the rapid detection equipment.The accuracy,specificity and applicability of rapid detection equipment were evaluated comprehensively by sensitivity,false negative rate,false positive rate,cross reaction rate,different personnel operation and detection rate.A complete set of conformity evaluation system was constructed by using multiple indicators,which objectively showed the performance advantages and disadvantages between different brands of the same type of rapid detection equipment.The indicators in the conformity evaluation system are reasonable and close to reality,which can be used as an effective tool for the applicability and accuracy evaluation of rapid detection equipment.
