摘 要:采用正交设计法研究硫黄用量、促进剂DPTT用量和填料体系对减振橡胶材料性能的影响。结果表明:填料体系对胶料压缩永久变形的影响较大;硫黄用量则是对胶料的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和老化后拉断伸长率变化率影响最大的因素。满足兼具低压缩永久变形、优异的物理性能和耐老化性能的减振橡胶材料配方优化方案如下:硫黄用量为1.2份,促进剂DPTT用量为0.3份,填料体系中炭黑N326、炭黑N774和白炭黑用量分别为20,31和10份。The effects of sulfur content,accelerator DPTT content,and filler system on the properties of vibration damping rubber materials were investigated by the orthogonal design method.The results indicated that the filler system largely determined the compression permanent deformation of the compound.The sulfur content was the most influential factor on the tensile strength,elongation at break,and change rate of elongation at break after aging of the compound.The optimization formula of vibration damping rubber materials that met the requirements of low compression permanent deformation,excellent physical properties and aging resistance was as follows:sulfur content was 1.2 phr,accelerator DPTT content was 0.3 phr,and the filler system contained 20 phr carbon black N326,31 phr carbon black N774,and 10 phr silica.
