摘  要:通过市场返回轮胎断面剖析,结合有限元仿真分析造成矿用重载轮胎趾口空的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。通过采取适当减小胎圈内直径,适当增大胎圈与轮辋过盈量、三角胶尺寸、胎体反包高度,提高耐磨胶的硬度和耐老化性能,在推荐充气压力和负荷范围内使用轮胎及在车辆上安装液压减速器以降低刹车片使用频次等措施,可降低趾口空发生率,延长轮胎使用寿命。By analyzing the cross-sections of returned mining heavy-duty tires from the market and combining this with finite element simulation,the causes for the empty toe of these tires were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.By using measures such as appropriately reducing the inner diameter of the tire bead,increasing the interference between the tire bead and the rim,the size of the apex,and the height of the carcass turn-up,increasing the hardness and aging resistance of the wear-resistant compound,using tires within the recommended inflation pressure and load range,and installing hydraulic retarders on vehicles to reduce the use frequency of brake pad,the incidence of the empty toe could be reduced to extend the service life of tires.
