摘  要:研究轮胎硫化胎里温差的改善方法。通过缩短内温蒸汽排凝时间和优化硫化步序,可减少蒸汽消耗,延长胶囊使用寿命,降低生产成本。通过改进硫化机中心机构压盖喷射孔的数量、内径和角度,可大幅减小硫化上下模温差,提高轮胎在硫化过程中的受热均匀性,进而有效提高轮胎性能。通过测温计算,硫化工艺改进后轮胎各部位硫化程度符合技术标准,证明此改进是安全且合理的。The methods for reducing of temperature difference inside tire during vulcanization were studied.By shortening the internal temperature steam condensation time and optimizing the vulcanization process,steam consumption could be reduced,the service life of bladders could be extended,and production costs could be lowered.By improving the number,inner diameter,and angle of the pressure cover spray holes in the central mechanism cover of the vulcanization press,the temperature difference between the upper and lower molds during vulcanization could be significantly reduced,and the heating uniformity of the tire during the vulcanization process could be improved,thereby effectively improving tire performance.Through temperature measurement and calculation,the vulcanization degrees in various parts of the tire after the improvement of the vulcanization process met the technical standards,proving that this improvement was safe and reasonable.
