摘 要:随着影像学技术不断发展,注射碘对比剂增强扫描成为影像学检查的重要程序,而静脉外渗是是高压静脉注射碘对比剂的主要并发症之一。碘对比剂外渗会引起继发性伤口感染、软组织损伤、脓肿甚至截肢等不良后果,且增加疾病诊断和治疗难度。近年来研究发现存在多种高危因素增加碘对比剂渗漏风险,本文从药物因素、人口学因素、疾病因素、静脉注射因素方面进行渗漏原因分析,并总结了外渗后的干预措施,提出相应管理策略,以期为降低高压静脉注射碘对比外渗风险提供参考。With the continuous development of imaging technology,injection of iodine contrast enhancement scanning has become an important procedure for imaging examinations,and venous ext ravasation is is one of the major com plications of high-pressure intravenous iodine contrast injection.Iodine contrast extravasation can cause secondary wound infection,soft tissue injury,abscess and even amputation,and increase the difficulty of disease diagnosis and treatment.In recent years,it has been found that there are many high-risk factors that increase the risk of iodine contrast leakage.This paper analyses the causes of lea kage in terms of pharmacological factors,demographic factors,disease factors,and intravenous factors,and summa rizes the interventions after extravasation and proposes corresponding management strategies,with a view to providing reference for reducing the risk of extravasation of iodine cont rast for hyperbaric intravenous injection.
