摘　　要：体外心脏震波治疗(CSWT)是近20年来新兴的一种无创治疗缺血性心脏病的方法。自该方法诞生以来,国内外专家和学者对其进行了大量研究,涉及机制、疗效和安全性等方面。研究结果证实了体外心脏震波治疗能够安全有效地改善心脏功能并减轻患者症状。尽管经过多年发展,该方法在临床上仍未得到广泛应用。本文综述了体外心脏震波治疗缺血性心脏病的机制、有效性和安全性。Extracorporeal cardiac shock wave therapy(CSWT)is an emerging non-invasive method for the treatment of ischemic heart disease in the past 20 years.Since the birth of this method,the domestic and foreign experts and scholars have conducted a large number of studies involving its mechanism,efficacy and safety.The findings confirm that extracorporeal cardiac shockwave therapy can safely and effectively improve cardiac function and reduce patient symptoms.Despite years of development,this method is still not used widely.This article reviews the mechanism,effectiveness,and safety of extracorporeal cardiac shock wave therapy for ischemic heart disease.
