摘　　要：农村区域协调发展是解决农村发展不平衡不充分问题的关键路径,是实现共同富裕的重要支撑,是推进中国式现代化的必然要求。党的十八大以来,围绕农村区域协调发展,党和国家作出了一系列重要决策部署,将农村区域协调发展提升到了新的高度。然而,受限于资源禀赋、经济发展等诸多因素,目前我国不同地区农村发展在收入、消费、公共服务、基础设施和人居环境等维度依然存在显著差异。发达的东部地区农村与相对落后的中西部地区农村的较大差距,逐渐成为当前中国农村高质量发展的重大问题,一定程度上也制约了实现共同富裕的进程。针对这些问题,应将高质量推进农村区域协调发展摆在更为紧要的位置,并着力构建区域共同发展、区域共生发展、区域共建发展和区域共享发展的新格局。依循这一思路,本文进一步从激发农村经济内生增长动能、推进农村消费需求转型升级、强化农村基础设施建设投资、构建农村经济绿色发展模式、协同农村区域发展政策等方面,提出未来一段时期高质量推进我国农村区域协调发展的实现路径与对策建议。The coordinated development of China's rural areas is not only the internal feature of high-quality development strategy but also an important support to achieve common prosperity and the inevitable requirement to promote the Chinese path to modernization.However,due to various factors such as re-source endowment and economic development,there are significant differences in the development level of rural areas in the eastern,central,and western regions of China in terms of income,consumption,public services,infrastructure,and living environment.Such a huge regional difference between the eastern China rural areas and the central and western China rural areas has become a major issue for China,which to some extent restricts the process of common prosperity in the country.This article intends to propose goals and mechanism construction for promoting high-quality coordinated development in China's rural areas.In the article,we emphasize the essentiality for building a coordinated path of regional common development,regional symbiotic development,regional co-construction development,and regional shared development.The implementation path and countermeasures for promoting coordinated development of rural areas in the future are also proposed from the perspectives of optimizing rural income structure,upgrading rural con-sumption patterns,increasing rural public services and infrastructure constructions,improving rural living environment,and coordinating rural regional policies,etc.
