摘 要:文章设计了一种新型的镁合金地铁座椅骨架,阐述了优化后的座椅骨架结构设计,其中横纵梁均采用镁合金挤压型材,并集成了原安装座与垫块的功能,实现了结构的轻量化与功能集成化。随后,利用CAE软件对设计的骨架模型进行了承载强度的有限元分析,初步验证了该方案的可行性与合理性;并制作了座椅实物样机,按照相关标准要求完成了包括静态载荷、疲劳载荷、冲击载荷、振动冲击及盐雾试验在内的多项试验。所有试验结果均完全满足设计要求,证明了该镁合金座椅骨架设计方案在承载强度、耐久性、防腐性等方面的优异性能。As a new type of magnesium alloy seat frame for metro vehicles is designed,this paper describes the optimized seat frame structure design where the transverse and longitudinal beams are made of magnesium alloy extruded sections,and the functions of the original mounting seat and cushion block are integrated,achieving structural lightweighting and functional integration.Subsequently,finite element analysis of the load-bearing strength of the designed seat frame model is conducted with the help of a CAE software,which has preliminarily verified the feasibility and rationality of the proposed scheme;A physical seat prototype is made,and multiple tests including static load,fatigue load,impact load,vibration impact,and salt spray test are conducted in accordance with relevant standards.All test results fully meet the design requirements,demonstrating the excellent performance of the magnesium alloy seat frame design scheme in terms of bearing strength,durability,corrosion resistance and so on.
