摘 要:齿轮单齿感应淬火工艺的关键技术为感应淬火过程的能量精确控制、感应器的结构设计及制造,文章基于长期的工艺应用经验,通过调整感应器与齿廓的间隙并对间隙进行精确控制、优化感应频率及感应器扫描速度、增加齿顶区域介质喷淋量等,有效降低了齿顶邻齿回火程度以及提高齿顶两侧的有效硬化层分布均匀性;根据齿轮的服役情况,提出了邻齿回火的可接受标准,为工艺人员的工艺方案设计提供一定的参考标准。The key technologies for single tooth induction hardening on a gear involve precise energy control throughout the induction hardening process,structural design and manufacturing of the inductor.Based on the experience of long-term process application,the gap between the inductor and the tooth profile is adjusted and the gap is precisely controlled,the induction frequency and scanning speed of the inductor is optimized,and the medium spraying amount is increased on the tooth top area,effectively reducing the tempering level of adjacent teeth on tooth top and improving the uniformity of the effective hardening layer distribution on both sides of the tooth top;In line with the service condition of gears,acceptable standards for adjacent tooth tempering have been proposed,providing engineers a reference standard for process design.
