摘  要:高铁构架是转向架的骨架,是一个受力复杂的结构部件,其制造质量直接关系到行车安全。通过刀具在线监测、数据挖掘分析、系统集成等技术研究,实现了高铁构架加工智能制造新模式,应用验证效果良好,达到了一人多机控制、生产线无人、作业区域少人、准备时间减少、作业实时监控、产品质量提升、作业效率提高的目的。智能制造新模式可以在机械、船舶等行业应用推广,不断实现技术的革新和发展,加快新质生产力发展。Bogie frame is the skeleton of a bogie,which is a structural component bearing complex stresses,and its manufacturing quality directly affects the train running safety.The original production line for the high-speed bogie frame adopts single machine and manual work mode,resulting in a low equipment utilization and somehow unstable product quality.This paper explores a new intelligent manufacturing mode for high-speed bogie frame by way of technologies such as online-tools-monitoring,data mining and analysis,and system integration.Practical application proves excellent effect,realizing one-person-to-multiple-machine control,unmanned production lines,fewer people in the work area,reduced preparation time,real-time work monitoring,improved product quality,and increased working efficiency.The new mode+of intelligent manufacturing can be applied and promoted in industries such as machinery and shipbuilding,so as to continuously achieve technological innovation and development,and accelerate the development of new quality productivity.
