摘 要:钟罩式加压烧结炉炉温均匀性是高速列车制动闸片在烧结过程中均匀受热的关键因素,对保障产品烧结工序稳定性具有重要意义。文章使用温湿度检定系统对钟罩式加压烧结炉进行了炉温均匀性测试。测试过程中温度传感器选择K型铠装热电偶,等级2级,长度6 m。测试温度选择800℃和1 000℃,保温时间均为1 h。测试结果表明,两温度下炉温均匀性≤±7℃,达到炉温均匀性≤±10℃的要求。The temperature uniformity of a bell-shaped pressurized sintering furnace is a critical factor for the uniform heating of the brake pads for high-speed trains during the sintering process,which is of great significance for guaranteeing the stability of the product sintering process.In this study,a temperature and humidity calibration system is used to test the temperature uniformity of a bell-shaped pressurized sintering furnace.A Level-2,6 m long K-type sheathed thermocouple is selected as the temperature sensor and test temperatures of 800℃and 1000℃with a holding time of 1h are selected during the testing process,.The test results show that the furnace temperature uniformity at the two temperatures is measured at≤±7℃,meeting the requirement of≤±10℃.
