摘 要:为提高联轴器扭转试验能力和试验数据准确性,分析橡胶关节、复合材料膜片、金属膜片联轴器结构与原理,设计新型高精度扭转试验方案,并与传统试验进行比对,研究不同的膜片数量、测量方式、螺栓长度、润滑状态对复合材料金属膜片联轴器扭转性能的影响。结果表明:新型试验结构设计合理,满足试验要求,其中双百分表测量的扭转刚度更加准确、2膜片结构扭转刚度大于3膜片结构,M24×100螺栓结构扭转刚度大于M24×110螺栓结构,非润滑状态扭转刚度大于润滑状态。In order to improve the torsional testing capability for couplings and the accuracy of test data,this paper analyzes the structure and principle of rubber joints,composite diaphragms and metallic diaphragm couplings.A new high-precision torsional testing scheme is designed and compared with traditional tests to study the effects of different measurement methods,numbers of diaphragms,lengths of bolts,and lubricating conditions on the torsional performance of composite metallic diaphragm couplings.The results show that the new experimental structure design is reasonable and meets the experimental requirements.The torsional rigidity measured by double dial gauges is more accurate,the torsional rigidity of the 2-diaphragm structure is greater than that of the 3-diaphragm structure,the torsional rigidity of the M24×110 bolt structure is greater than that of the M24×100 bolt structure,and the torsional rigidity under non-lubricated condition is greater than that under lubricated condition.
