汽车门锁齿板和齿轮的疲劳分析与改进研究

摘  要:某汽车门锁公司为降低电动门锁成本,对门锁内部齿板更换定位方式,但会造成门锁使用寿命下降,标准QC/T323—2007《汽车门锁和车门保持件》规定门锁寿命应满足10万次。为使门锁寿命满足标准,对门锁进行疲劳试验,发现门锁内薄弱区域为齿板的齿根。采用有限元法,基于材料S-N曲线和Miner线性疲劳损伤积累理论对齿板与齿轮的齿根进行疲劳分析。分析结果与试验结果相接近,误差为8.3%,表明建立的有限元疲劳分析方法合理。基于此方法更换齿板材料,将齿板寿命提升至10万次以上。最后再将安装有新齿板的门锁进行疲劳试验,试验结果表明门锁寿命大于10万次,满足要求。同时,基于此设计方案,每个电动门锁可节约成本255元左右。In order to reduce the cost of power door locks,a automobile door lock company changed the positioning method of the internal gear plate.However,it will cause the service life of door lock to be reduced.Standard QC/T 323—2007"Motor vehicles—Door locks and door retention components"stipulates that the service life of door locks should meet 100000 times.In order to increase the service life of the power door lock to meet the standard,the fatigue test of the door lock was carried out first and it is found that the weak area is the tooth root of the gear plate in the door lock.Then with Using the finite element method,based on the material S-N curve and Miner linear fatigue damage accumulation theory,the fatigue analysis of the gear plate and the gear was carried out.The fatigue analysis results are close to the fatigue test results and the error is 8.3%,indicating that the established fatigue analysis method of finite element is reasonable.Based on this method,the service life of the gear plate increased to more than 100000 times by replacing the gear plate material.Finally,the fatigue test of the door lock with the new gear plate was carried out again and the test results show that the service life is more than 100000 times,which meets the requirements.At the same time,based on the existing design scheme,each power door lock can save about 255 yuan in cost.
