摘 要:针对Y型六角铁氧体Ba_(0.4)Sr_(1.6)Mg_(2)Fe_(12)O_(22)单相多晶样品的固相法制备工艺及磁性能进行研究。通过粉末X射线衍射表征Y型六角铁氧体Ba_(0.4)Sr_(1.6)Mg_(2)Fe_(12)O_(22)单相多晶样品的物相及晶体结构,实验结果表明,当烧结温度为1120~1160℃,有M相产生,随着温度升高,M相的衍射峰逐渐减小;当烧结温度达到约1170℃时,得到Y型六角铁氧体Ba_(0.4)Sr_(1.6)Mg_(2)Fe_(12)O_(22)的单相。通过扫描电子显微镜及能谱研究样品的微观结构、形貌及成分,统计结果表明,Ba_(0.4)Sr_(1.6)Mg_(2)Fe_(12)O_(22)铁氧体呈现拉长的六角形形貌,平均晶粒尺寸约3μm,同时还存在小的颗粒,且2种形貌的成分相同。利用综合物性测量系统对样品的磁特性进行表征,发现在330 K和90 K温度附近存在2种磁性异常,分析表明,330 K附近的磁性异常对应锥形磁结构相变,90 K附近的磁性异常对应自旋玻璃相变。Y型六角铁氧体Ba_(0.4)Sr_(1.6)Mg_(2)Fe_(12)O_(22)锥形磁相变的磁有序温度高于室温,为室温下磁电耦合提供可能。Y-type hexaferrite Ba_(0.4)Sr_(1.6)Mg_(2)Fe_(12)O_(22) single-phase polycrystalline samples were synthesized by the solid-state reaction method.The crystal structue of Y-type hexaferrite Ba_(0.4)Sr_(1.6)Mg_(2)Fe_(12)O_(22) was characterized by X-ray diffraction.X-ray diffraction results show the impure phase is M-type hexaferrite when the sintering temperature is 1120℃to 1160℃,respectively.The singlephase Y-type hexaferrite Ba_(0.4)Sr_(1.6)Mg_(2)Fe_(12)O_(22) was prepared when the sintering temperature is 1170℃.The microstructure and composition were analyzed with field emission scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer,respectively.Y-type hexaferrite Ba_(0.4)Sr_(1.6)Mg_(2)Fe_(12)O_(22) shows hexagonal morphology with grain size about 3μm and small cluster.According to the energy spectrum analysis,the composition of the two forms is the same.The magnetic property was characterized by physical property measurement system.Magnetization curves revealed two magnetic transitions at 330 K and 90 K,which corresponded to conical magnetic ordering and spin-glass phase transition.The conical magnetic phase transitio ordering temperature of Ba_(0.4)Sr_(1.6)Mg_(2)Fe_(12)O_(22) is higher than the room temperature,which provides the possibility of magnetoelectric coupling at room temperature.
