摘 要:在对安装在旋转轴上的设备进行无线供电时,机械振动或偏摆会导致原副边线圈之间的相对位置产生变化,导致电路中谐振频率的改变。因此,要求无线供电系统能够对谐振频率的变化具有一定的应对能力。针对以上问题,使用ZVS双管自激谐振电路作为无线供电系统的逆变源,进行仿真分析,并在旋转实验平台上进行试验。结果表明该逆变电路能够在直流电源12~48 V区间内工作,输出电压幅值与直流电源电压呈线性关系。输出频率能够在一定范围内随系统参数而改变,并保持谐振工作状态。When Wireless power transfer is applied to the equipment installed on the rotating shaft,due to mechanical vibration or deflection,the relative position between the original and secondary coils will change,resulting in the change of resonant frequency in the circuit.Therefore,the Wireless power transfer system is required to be able to cope with the change of resonant frequency.To solve this problem,a set of Wireless power transfer system was built using ZVS dual transistor self⁃excited resonance circuit as the inverter of the Wireless power transfer system,simulation analysis is carried out,and the experiment is carried out on the rotating experimental platform.The results indicate that the inverter circuit can operate within the 12~48 V range of the DC power supply,and the output voltage amplitude is linearly related to the DC power supply voltage.The output frequency can change with the system parameters within a certain range and maintain a resonant working state.
