摘  要:低压配电网中,台区剩余电流与零线、地线接线错误用户的用电行为具有密切关联性,而正常用户对台区剩余电流的影响较小。文中提出一种基于台区剩余电流关联性分析的接线错误漏电用户识别方法,根据接线错误用户的负荷电流与台区总剩余电流之间的内在关系来识别接线错误的漏电用户。首先,指出了基于电流幅值回归分析识别异常用户的理论缺陷;然后,结合台区剩余电流实部时序数据和台区用户负荷电流实部时序数据构建状态方程和测量方程,采用卡尔曼滤波进行状态估计,通过计算各用户负荷电流与台区剩余电流的相关系数,达到识别接线错误的漏电用户的目的;最后,基于已查证的含接线错误的漏电台区的实际数据,验证了所提方法的有效性。In the low-voltage distribution network,the residual current in the distribution station area is closely related to the consumption behavior of users with wiring errors of neutral lines and grounding lines,while the normal users have little influence on the residual current in the distribution station area.In this paper,an identification method for users with wiring errors and leakage current based on correlation analysis of residual current in distribution station area is proposed,which identifies the users with wiring errors according to the internal relationship between the load current of the users with wiring errors and the total residual current in the distribution station area.First,the theoretical defects of abnormal user identification based on current amplitude regression analysis is pointed out.Then,the state equation and measurement equation are constructed by combining the real part time series data of the residual current and the user load current in the distribution station area.Kalman filter is used to estimate the state,and the correlation coefficient between the load current of each user and the residual current in the distribution station area is calculated to identify the users with wiring errors and leakage current.Finally,the validity of the proposed method is verified based on the verified actual data of the distribution station area with wiring errors and leakage current.
