摘 要:针对天线和微波器件设计中小型化问题,论文研究了电容增强型慢波结构降低电磁波相速,达到小型化技术。通过加载周期性金属盲孔构成的慢波结构,可以大幅度提高微带贴片天线和微波腔体的等效介电常数。研究表明,对于相同结构和尺寸的慢波结构,上述两种方法所获得的等效介电常数提升是一致的。论文针对应用需求,设计了一种电容增强型慢波结构,其慢波效果十分明显,对应的等效介电常数可提高约50%,理论上对应的天线及微波器件电路尺寸可缩减30%以上。论文的仿真与实验测试结果支持了以上结论,且仿真结果和实测结果吻合度较高。To address the miniaturization problem in antenna and microwave device design,this paper investigates the capacitance-enhanced slow-wave structure to reduce the phase velocity of electromagnetic waves and achieve miniaturization technology.The equivalent dielectric constant of the microstrip chip antenna and the microwave cavity can be greatly improved by loading the slow-wave structure composed of periodic metal blind holes.Studies show that the equivalent permittivity enhancement obtained by the above two methods is consistent for the same structure and size of the slow-wave structure.According to the application requirements,the paper designs a capacitance-enhanced slow-wave structure,the slow-wave effect is very obvious,the corresponding equivalent dielectric constant can be increased by about 50%,and the corresponding antenna and microwave device circuit size can be reduced by more than 30%in theory.The simulation and experimental test results in this paper support the above conclusions,and the simulation results and the measured results are highly consistent.
