摘 要:介绍了热锻模常见的失效形式,分析了喷丸强化工艺的作用机制和强化机理,强调表面强韧化处理的概念,综述了各种喷丸技术的发展及研究现状,总结喷丸强化工艺对热锻模零件的影响效果,探索热锻模喷丸强化研究中存在的问题,为未来的喷丸强化研究方向提供参考。The common failure forms of hot forging die were introduced,the action mechanism and strengthening mechanism of shot peening process were analyzed.The concept of surface strength-ening and toughening treatment was emphasized,the development and research status of various shot peening technologies were overviewed.The effect of shot peening process was summarized on hot forging die parts,and the existing problems were explored in the research of hot forging die shot peening,which provided references for the future research direction of shot peening.
