摘　　要：乡村振兴是一项涵盖了多个领域的国家政策,包括农业现代化、农村产业发展、农村基础设施建设、农村社会事业改善等,其目标在于提高乡村居民的收入水平,有效改善他们的生活质量,在促进乡村经济发展的同时更好地保护生态环境。在乡村振兴和健康乡村的建设行动中,寻找合适时机,传承体育文化,推动乡村的全面振兴,引导各类资源向乡村地区流动,减少医疗负担,平衡城乡发展,不断增强乡村居民的幸福感和生活满意度,至关重要且势在必行。因此,本文将着重探讨乡村振兴的定义和目标,分析健康乡村的建设意义,并强调体育文化传承在乡村振兴与健康乡村建设中的重要作用,简要总结几点有效的传承方法,希望能够引起更多人对乡村振兴与健康乡村建设工作的重视,不断完善乡村振兴的相关规划,不断扩大体育文化的影响力,推动建设更有活力的健康乡村。Rural revitalization is a national policy that covers multiple fields,including agricultural modernization,rural industrial development,rural infrastructure construction,and improvement of rural social undertakings,etc.Its goal is to increase the income level of rural residents,to effectively improve their quality of life,and to better protect the ecological environment while promoting rural economic development.In the actions of rural revitalization and healthy rural construction,it is crucial and imperative to find suitable opportunities,inherit sports culture,promote comprehensive rural revitalization,guide the flow of various resources to rural areas,reduce medical burdens,balance urban-rural development,and continuously enhance the happiness and satisfaction of rural residents.Therefore,this article focuses on exploring the definition and goals of rural revitalization,analyzing the significance of building healthy rural areas,and emphasizing the important role of sports culture inheritance in rural revitalization and healthy rural construction.It briefly summarizes several effective inheritance methods,hoping to attract more attention to rural revitalization and healthy rural construction work,continuously improve relevant plans for rural revitalization,continuously expand the influence of sports culture,and strive to build a more vibrant and healthy countryside.
